Smoked Salmon & Dill Pikelets

Makes 6 - Prep 15 minutes

300 g (1 1/4 cups) sour cream
1 tbsp Coles Brand Wholegrain Mustard
2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
1 tbsp dill, finely chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
2 x 140 g pkts Golden Pikelet Bites
200 g smoked salmon
Dill sprigs, to serve

  1. Combine the sour cream, mustard, chives, dill and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spoon a little of the sour cream mixture on each pikelet and top with some of the smoked salmon and a dill sprig. Season with freshly ground black pepper and arrange on a serving platter.
