These chocolates Fondants are pure indulgence! Serve warm and enjoy the oozy chocolatey centres with a dollop of sour cream and fresh strawberries.


Ingredients: 
200g 70% dark chocolate, chopped
150g unsalted butter, chopped
1/3 cup caster sugar
4 eggs, lightly beaten
pinch of salt
sour cream, to serve
strawberries, to serve
