Ingredients:
Pudding
250g Dried pitted dates, coarsely chopped
1 tsp bicarb soda
60g butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup self-raising flour
1/2 cup coarsely chopped Coles Brand Australian Pecans
whipped cream, to serve

Butterscotch Sauce
70g butter, chopped
2/3 cup brown sugar
300ml thickened cream
1ts vanilla essence
