Serves 4 - prep 15 min - Cook 10 min
500g Australian lamb mince
1 small red onion, grated
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves
2 tsp woolworths select ground cumin
1 tsp woolworths select ground coriander
1 tsp woolworths select smoked paprika
1/2 tsp woolworths select dried chilli flakes
1 tbs olive oil
Lebanese bread, macro hummus, tabouli and lemon wedges to serve
1. Place mince, onion, garlic, parsley and spices in a bowl. Using clean hands, mix together until combined and sticky.
2. Divide into 8 equal portions. Form into sausage shapes and insert a skewer through the centre. Heat a chargrill pan over high heat. Brush with oil. Cook koftas, turning occasionally, for 8-10 minutes or until charred on all sides and cooked through.
3. To serve, spread lebanese bread with hummus and tabouli, top with kofta and add a squeeze of lemon juice
