Cheese bread (Pao de queijo) in the frying pan

OMG I just made this and it was so yummy it didn't make it to the photo.
I want to have more and more and more.

Its easy and gets ready in 2 minutes

3 tbsp of Tapioca Flour (Or 2 if you want less calories)
1 egg
a bit of cottage or cream cheese
some muzzarella cheese
some Parmesan cheese
(You can do it a bit lighter and use only cottage cheese, up to you)

Just mix everything in a bowl and put it in a frying pan. Let it gold one side, turn.

That's it.
Gluten free and all.
