I made these for my kids the other day, as they wanted cupcake and I put together some stuff and make them happy.
The following week I made another version very similar, with strawberries (didn't even add sugar this time).
1 banana - forked mashed
1 heaped tbsp peanut butter ( I used crunchy for texture)
1 tbsp quick oats
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
touch of honey
Mix everything together (exception of baking powder) with a spoon or fork and last add baking powder.
Bake at 170 or 180.
