I don't make it, ever, cause I love it so much I'm afraid I will eat it all. Maybe I should try to halve it so I make less, and eat less...
Also I saw on Tastemade Snapchat this week a recipe where they made Rice pudding and layered down with Dulce De Leche.
Really? Is that necessary? I just died a bit when I saw it and now I WANT TO MAKE IT!!!!
Anyway, there are several variations of the same recipe, but basically that's the basic one.
1 cup of rice
1 litre of full cream milk (Full fat yields a better result but ultimately you can use any sort of milk / liquid)
1/2 cup of Sugar
1 or 2 cinnamon quills
2 or 3 cloves
rind of 1/4 of a lemon
Extra cinnamon, to serve.
Just cook like normal rice, but uncovered and mixing here and there.
